Refund policy

If there is a print or manufacturing error with your order it must be reported to naturesmemories26@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt of your order to allow time to report the print error to Printify and process a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of the printing on demand process, refunds for orders without printing or manufacturing errors will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the shop owner.
